Tyler is responsible for the oversight and direction of legal matters for Rectangle and Comunale Properties. He is intimately involved in agreement negotiations, due diligence, land use and entitlements. Prior to joining Comunale Properties, Tyler was a partner at a boutique law firm where his practice focused on commercial real estate and construction law matters, and he served as outside counsel to Comunale Properties. Tyler began his legal career at the global law firm of Sidley Austin.
