Josh Heiney is a Managing Director at Rectangle and President of Sprink Construction. In this role he is responsible for overseeing all development, acquisition and asset management activity. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was a Vice President in the capital markets group at HVS Capital Corp, where he played an active role in the execution of nearly $2B of debt and equity transactions, collateralized by hotels and resorts located throughout the Americas. Before HVS Capital Corp, Josh worked at D.C. General Services. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Denver with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking and rock climbing
