As Head of Development & Construction, Josh manages the team’s pre-development, pre-construction planning, entitlement, and construction efforts for both Comunale’s portfolio and third-party development services customers. Josh is also President of Sprink Construction, the in-house general contractor construction division that performs projects for the Rectangle and Comunale portfolios and third-party customers. His experience expands across advanced industries, specialized manufacturing, warehousing & assembly uses.
