Maaike van Lis serves as the Operations Coordinator, where she oversees the full spectrum of administrative functions for the business. In this role, she supports the management, accounting and construction of commercial properties across the portfolio and acts as a key liaison between tenants, vendors, and the company’s executive team. Prior to joining the firm, Maaike worked in Commercial Leasing and Sales at Boxer Property Management. In that position, she generated new business opportunities, organized networking events of various sizes, and successfully negotiated over $3 million in contracts with businesses occupying spaces ranging from 150 to 10,000 square feet. During her time at Boxer Property, she also initiated improvement projects, including the development of restaurant concepts and coworking spaces to enhance property value and tenant experience. Maaike holds an Associate-Level Real Estate Broker’s License in the State of Colorado. She has also been actively involved in industry organizations and events, including Bisnow and CREW Denver, and has collaborated with local Chambers of Commerce in Denver, Aurora, and Glendale. Outside of her professional work, Maaike dedicates time to growing her animal care business—her passion for caring for animals of all kinds. She also enjoys baking and cooking from scratch, as well as gardening a wide variety of plants, including herbs and tropical species such as Philodendrons, Anthuriums, and Monstera varieties.
