John is the President and Managing Partner of Rectangle and Comunale Properties and serves as the Manager of all new investment partnerships. John is responsible for strategic planning, capital raising, deal sourcing and all property and asset management operations for Comunale. Under John’s leadership, Comunale has become a vertically-integrated, multi-market real estate platform with more than 40 owned and managed assets.
