Charlie Wheeler is the VP of Accounting and Operations. In this role he is responsible for oversight of the accounting for the portfolio and its respective team along with its integration with the operations team. Prior to joining the firm, Charlie was the Director of Financial Reporting at Broe Real Estate Group where he oversaw the annual audits along with managing the financial reporting for Broe’s Class A Industrial Development fund for external investors. Before Broe, Charlie worked in public accounting at BKD, LLP (now Forvis Mazars, LLP) as an auditor of private equity owned businesses. Charlie holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys golfing, skiing, and spending time with his family and friends.
